摘　　要：马蹄内翻足是运动系统最常见的畸形,其中成人僵硬型马蹄内翻足是手术矫形与功能重建最困难的一类。Ilizarov技术结合有限手术治疗成人僵硬型马蹄内翻足,疗效确切,已成为较为规范的治疗方法。由中国医师协会骨科医师分会立项,外固定与肢体重建专业委员会组织编写小组查阅文献,遵循循证医学原则,组织相关领域的专家反复讨论,编辑整理制定了本共识,具有较高的临床实践指导意义,供临床骨科医师参考。本共识主要内容包括成人僵硬型马蹄内翻足的相关文献收集及筛选概况、定义、病因、病理、临床评价、治疗原则、治疗难点以及手术适应证、禁忌证,Ilizarov技术的应用方法、要点、并发症及畸形防治等。Equinovarus is one of the most common deformities of the motor system. Adult rigid equinovarus is the most difficult disease for surgical orthopedic treatment and functional reconstruction. Ilizarov technique combined with limited surgery has a definite curative effect on adult rigid equinovarus, and is becoming a standardized treatment. After literature retrieval and expert group discussion, on the basis of the principle of evidence-based medicine, we compiled this expert consensus and hoped it would give some helps to orthopedists. It mainly involves literature collection, the definition, etiology, pathology, clinical evaluation, treatment principles, treatment pitfalls of adult rigid clubfoot deformities, as well as surgical indications, contraindications, key points of Ilizarov technique, complications and its prevention.
