摘 要:在贯流式水轮机导水机构中,通过建立其连杆机构的空间关系,并导出开启和关闭过程中各力矩的输入和输出数值关系。通过对重锤重量和接力器容量计算过程的阐述,并通过实例进行说明,当活动导叶之间卡住异物时,在弹簧连杆全行程范围内,在最低油压下,理论上应使作用在弹簧连杆上的操作力大于弹簧的弹力,才能确保其余活动导叶处于全关状态。In the distributor of tubular turbine,the spatial relationship of its linkage mechanism isestablished,and the numerical relationship between the input and output of each moment in the process of opening and closing is derived.The calculation of heavy bob weight and GVservomotor capacity of one bulb turbine unit was introduced and explained by a calculationexample.When the GV were stuck by foreign material,in the scope of stroke of spring connecting link,under the lowest oil presser,the force acted on the springconnecting link should better than the spring elastic force in theory,in order to guarantee the rest GV could be shut off.
