摘 要:对比研究了不同方法对焦炭热性能评价结果的异同,探讨了制定焦炭热性质检测方法应考虑的重要因素。结果表明,当焦炭热性能的测试方法发生改变时,代表焦炭反应后强度指标与代表反应性指标之间并不一定存在严格的负相关性。不同方法的测试结果显示,反应性指标之间具有一定正相关性,反应后强度的相关性较差。溶损进程和反应温度对焦炭的热性质检测结果具有重要影响,25%的溶损程度和非等温条件对焦炭在高炉中溶损行为的模拟性更强。在制定焦炭热性能评价方法时,应充分考虑溶损进程和反应温度这两个重要因素。The similarities and differences of evaluation results of coke thermal properties by different methods were compared,and the important factors to be considered in the determination of coke thermal properties were discussed.The results show that there is not necessarily a strict negative correlation between the index of coke post-reaction strength and the index of coke reactivity when the test method of coke thermal performance is changed.The test results of different methods show that there is a positive correlation between the reactivity indexes and a poor correlation between the post-reaction intensity.The melting loss process and reaction temperature have an important influence on the thermal properties of coke.The melting loss degree of 25%and the non-isothermal conditions have a stronger simulation for the melting loss behavior of coke in blast furnace.The process of dissolution loss and reaction temperature are two important factors to be taken into account when developing the evaluation method of coke thermal performance.
