摘　　要：本文介绍了一种新型烧嘴-步进炉用炉底烧嘴,这种烧嘴具有以下特点:(1)提高了炉温及料温均匀性,有力保证热处理产品质量;(2)可以加快步进炉加热区的物料升温,确保足够的工艺保温时间;(3)设计独特,不占用步进炉有效操作空间。与炉外设燃烧室并采用循环风机将烟气鼓入炉内的加热方式做了比较和分析。A new burner the furnace bottom burner used on the walking beam furnace is introduced.Which features following characteristics:(1)Improving the uniformity of the furnace temperature and the charge temperature;(2)The temperature rising of the charges in the heating zones can be speeded up and the holding time can be ensured;(3)The design is distinctive and the effective operating space in the walking beam furnace isn’t occupied. Making the comparison and analysis with the heating way in which the combustion chamber is set up outside the furnace and the waste gas shall be blown into the furnace via the recirculation fan.
