摘　　要：分析步进式加热炉步进梁跑偏产生的原因,介绍对加热炉跑偏值的测量方法,得出相对准确的横向跑偏和纵向跑偏数值,并通过跑偏数值倒推出是哪个环节上造成的跑偏,从而有的放矢地对步进机构进行调校。The causes of the deviation of the wal king beam of the walking heating furnace are analyzed, and the measurement methods of the deviation value of the heating furnace are introduced. The relatively accurate values of the horizontal deviation and the longitudinal deviation are obtained, and the deviation caused by which link is reversely deduced through the deviation value, so as to adjust the walking mechanism in a targeted way.
