摘  要:以微孔轻质莫来石、复相空心球、高铝矾土、氧化硅和氧化铝微粉为主要原料,用铝酸钙水泥及水合氧化铝为结合剂,研究了轻质骨料组成、微粉组成、结合体系、造孔剂对轻质高铝浇注料性能及结构的影响,在此基础上开发的轻质高铝浇注料具有较好的高温性能,应用于多种工业炉的工作层,均取得了较好的使用效果,节能成效明显。Using microporous lightweight mullite, multi phase hollow ball, bauxite, silica and alumina powder as the main raw material, using calcium aluminate cement and hydrated alumina as binder, the influence of the composition of light aggregate composition, powder, combining with the system, pore-forming agent on the properties and structure of lightweight high alumina castable is studied. The lightweight high alumina castable developed on this basis has good high temperature performance, and is applied to a variety of industrial furnace work lining, achieves good using effect, and the energy saving effect is obvious.
