摘  要:为揭示不同钾素水平下辣椒叶面积指数(LAI)随生理发育时间(PDT)的动态变化关系,选用黔椒10号、黔椒5号和中椒6号作为试验材料,设5个钾素水平(0 kg/hm^2、37.5 kg/hm^2、75.0 kg/hm^2、112.5 kg/hm^2和187.5 kg/hm^2),定量分析不同钾素水平下辣椒LAI的变化特征,通过归一化处理,利用Curve Expert 1.4对辣椒相对叶面积指数(RLAI)和相对生理发育时间(RPDT)进行动态拟合,并通过极限值法筛选出最优辣椒RLAI数学模型。结果表明:不同钾素水平下辣椒LAI随PDT呈左偏单峰曲线变化,同一品种间随钾素水平的增加LAI呈增大趋势;相同钾素水平下,LAI峰值为黔椒10号>黔椒5号>中椒6号;有理函数能够较好地模拟辣椒RLAI的动态变化,且具有一定的生物学意义;模型检验结果显示:模拟准确度k均接近于1,模拟精确度R^2均大于0.97,根均方差(RMSE)均小于20%;模型参数在不同处理间具有一定差异性,品种和钾素主要通过控制参数b和d实现辣椒LAI的动态调控;辣椒LAImax对钾素反应比较敏感,呈线性正相关,决定系数R^2>0.86。该模型的构建可为辣椒生长调控及优质高产奠定一定基础。The variation characteristics of leaf area index(LAI)of Qianjiao 10,Qianjiao 5 and Zhongjiao 6 are quantitatively analyzed at five potassium levels(0 kg/hm^2,37.5 kg/hm^2,75.0 kg/hm^2,112.5 kg/hm^2 and187.5 kg/hm^2)and the optimal mathematical model of pepper relative leaf area index(RLAI)is screened by the limit value method according to dynamic fitting results between pepper RLAI and relative physiological development time(RPDT)by Curve Expert 1.4 after normalization processing to explore the dynamic variation of pepper LAI with PDT at different potassium level.Result:Pepper LAI shows a left-skewed single peak curve with PDT at different potassium level.The LAI of the same pepper variety shows an increasing trend with increase of potassium level.The LAI peak of different pepper varieties presents Qianjiao 10>Qianjiao 5>Zhongjiao 6 at the same potassium level.The rational function can preferably simulate dynamic variation of pepper RLAI and has a certain biological significance.The established model testing results show that the simulation accuracy(k),precision(R^2)and the root square error(RMSE)are close to 1,more than 0.97 and less than 20%respectively.There is a certain difference in model parameter among different treatments.Pepper variety and potassium level realize the dynamic regulation of pepper LAI by controlling parameter b and d.Pepper LAImaxwith more sensitive to potassium is positively related to potassium and the determination coefficient is R^2>0.86.The established model lays a certain foundation for growth regulation,good quality and high yield of pepper.
