摘　　要：科技创业企业的大量出现,是我国现阶段科技兴国战略引导下创新产业领域的一种显著现象,而有限合伙这种模式极大地迎合了科技创业企业的发展需求。如何更好地解决制度创新与制度互适之间的矛盾,促进科技创业企业的顺利融资与健康成长,期望通过本文对科技创业企业治理提供可行的思路。On the System Compatibility between Limited Partnership Model and Science and Technology Venture Enterprises The emergence of a large number of science and technology start-ups is a remarkable phenomenon in the field of innovation industry under the guidance of China's current strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and technology.The limited partnership model greatly caters to the development needs of science and technology start-ups.How to better solve the contradiction between system innovation and system compatibility,promote smooth financing and healthy growth of science and technology start-ups is expected to provide feasible ideas for their governance.
