内蒙古地区“三少民族”文献资源建设中存在问题及对策研究

摘　　要：鄂温克、鄂伦春、达斡尔“三少民族”文献中较全面地记载着本民族独有的民族文化、民族历史、民族风俗,这成为了呼伦贝尔地区最珍贵的文献资源。但“三少民族”文献资源建设过程中由于收藏渠道单一、搜集范围不广、经费和专业人才不足等问题影响着文献资源建设工作的顺利开展。本文探讨了“三少民族”文献资源建设中存在问题及原因分析提出了文献资源建设实施方案。The unique national culture,history and customs are comprehensively recorded in the minorities’literatures of“Three Minorities”——Ewenki,Elunchun and Daur,which have been the most valuable literature resources in Hulunbuir region.However,several factors affect the smooth development of the literature resources construction in the process of the literature resources construction of“Three Minorities”due to some problems such as single collection channel,the limited collection scope,the lack of sufficient funds and specialists training and so on.This paper points out some existing problems,analyzes the causes and proposes the implementation plan during the literature resources construction of“Three Minorities”.
