摘 要:为了提高新疆机采棉成纱质量,介绍新疆机采棉特点,以100%新疆机采棉纺CJ 14.6 tex纱为例,阐述其配棉质量指标;详细分析原棉品质控制、清梳联工艺优化、清棉和梳棉工序参数优化,确定梳理器材配置方案并对比不同梳理器材配置后的成纱质量。指出:新疆机采棉品质和轧工质量是影响成纱棉结、杂质的关键因素;清梳联采取早落少碎、多松少打的原则优化各部速度和隔距后,出条速度提高8%,生条短绒率降低0.66个百分点,生条棉结降低19%,结杂总粒数降低18%;同等工艺条件下采用进口双顶峰CTS针布配置方案成纱质量最好;优化清梳联工艺、合理针布选型后,成纱质量达乌斯特公报5%~25%水平,机采棉含杂率高、短绒率多等问题得到有效解决。In order to improve the yarn quality of Xinjiang machine-picked cotton,its characteristics are introduced.Take yarn CJ 14.6 tex of pure Xinjiang machine-picked cotton as an example,the cotton assorting quality indexes are expounded.The quality control of raw cotton,process optimization of blowing-carding unit,process parameters optimization of carding and cleaning are analyzed in detail to determine the configuration scheme of carding accessories,and the yarn quality of different configuration of carding accessories are compared.It is pointed out that the quality of Xinjiang machine-picked cotton and cotton ginning are the key factors affecting neps and impurities of the yarn.After optimizing the speed and gauge of each part by adopting the principle of early falling,less crushing,more loosening and less beating,the sliver speed is increased by 8%,the short fiber rate of sliver is decreased by 0.66 percent,the sliver neps are reduced by 19%,and the total number of neps and impurities are decreased by 18%.Under the same technological conditions,the yarn quality is the best with imported double peaks clothing CTS.Optimization of blowing-carding process and reasonable selection of clothing,the yarn quality reaching the USTER level of 5% to 25%,and the problems of high impurity content and short fiber rate in machine-picked cotton are effectively solved.
