摘  要:为了使三通道数码纺环锭细纱机纺出颜色差异小、品质高的三元耦合混色纱,介绍三通道数码纺牵伸区的结构,从摇架压力、粗纱排列、集聚纺等方面分析三元耦合混色纱出现色差的原因和解决办法。指出:摇架压力大小和一致性、集聚纺负压工艺片的槽口形状、粗纱在三通道内的排列顺序及工艺参数、粗纱在导纱杆上的绕法及电控系统的精度和稳定性均是影响细纱品质和颜色差异的重要原因;通过精调摇架压力,使用合适的集聚纺装置,按预定的排列顺序使粗纱进入通道并减小粗纱工艺参数波动,粗纱绕导纱杆可减少粗纱滑移;细化电气控制系统的精度和稳定性,可以有效控制差异。In order to make the three-channel digital spinning frame spin the ternary coupling color blended yarn with small color difference and high quality,introduction is made to the structure of drafting area of the three-channel digital spinning.The causes and solutions of color difference of the ternary coupling color blended yarn are analyzed from the aspects of cradle pressure,roving arrangement and compact spinning.It is pointed out that the important reasons affecting the yarn quality and color difference are the size and consistency of cradle pressure,the rabbet shape of negative pressure process sheet in compact spinning,the arrangement order and process parameters of roving in three-channel,the winding method of roving on the guide rod and the accuracy and stability of electronic control system.Through delicate adjusting the cradle pressure,using appropriate device of compact spinning,bring roving into the passage in a predetermined order,and reducing the fluctuation of roving process parameters,and roving winding guide rod,which can reduce roving slip.Refining the accuracy and stability of the electrical control system can effectively control the color difference.
