双进单出喇叭口在赛络纺AB纱生产中的应用

摘　　要：为了提高赛络纺AB纱的成纱质量,减少成纱细节、瞬时断头,解决粘缠胶辊、效率低等问题,介绍喇叭口的规格型号和选用原则,对不同规格喇叭口在赛络纺AB纱品种上进行试纺对比;详细分析双进单出喇叭口的作用及其对AB纱成纱细节、瞬时断头等质量指标的影响,并探讨双进单出喇叭口区域包机一对一责任制管理的注意事项。指出:优选喇叭口可改善纱线成纱质量,减少细节、瞬时断头,提高锭速;赛络纺AB纱生产宜采用小中心距、双进单出喇叭口;3 mm双进单出喇叭口可减小加捻三角区,有效控制边缘纤维散失,有利于改善条干和纱线的断裂强力,降低成纱细节,减少千锭时断头32%、瞬时断头3根/台,锭速提高500 r/min,细纱制成率提高2%以上,生产效率达到96%以上。In order to improve the quality of siro-spinning AB yarn,reduce the problems such as fine end of yarn,instantaneous breakage,winding roller and low efficiency,the specifications and selection principles of bells are introduced,and the comparison of siro-spinning AB yarn with different specifications of bell is made.The function of the double-inlet and single-outlet bell and its influence on the quality indexes of AB yarn such as fine end of yarn and instantaneous breakage are analyzed in detail.The matters needing attention in the one-to-one responsibility system management of the double-inlet and single-outlet bell area are discussed.It is pointed out that the optimization of bell can improve the yarn quality,reduce fine end and instantaneous breakage,and improve the spindle speed,etc.Siro-spinning AB yarn production should adopt a small center distance and the double-inlet and single-outlet bell.The 3 mm double-inlet and single-outlet bell can reduce the twisting triangle area,and effectively control the loss of the edge fiber,which is conducive to improving evenness level and the breaking strength of the yarn,reducing the fine end of yarn,reducing the breakage per thousands spindle of 32%,reducing instantaneous breakage in 3 per table,increasing the spindle speed by 500 r/min,increasing the spinning rate by more than 2%,and reaching the production efficiency of over 96%.
