摘 要:为了解决SUPER-140W型铃木试样整经机因使用时间长、性能落后、故障率高,无法满足小批量、短交期小样整经的问题,介绍试样整经机的现状及存在的问题,通过对SUPER-140W型铃木试样整经机进行控制电脑升级、优化CAD工艺输入的流程方法、改造旋转储纬器等措施提高试样整经机性能。指出:利用虚拟机技术将Windows 98操作系统控制程序安装到Windows 10操作系统主机,成功实现控制电脑的更新;工艺参数由人工输入改为系统自动转换与传输,提高工艺参数的准确性和输入效率;采用Luna-X3型储纬器和松下板型控制器等对旋转储纬器进行电气线路改造和控制;通过改造,提升了试样整经机的时间利用率、产品合格率和设备性能率,使其综合效率大幅提升。In order to solve the problem that the Suzuki sample warping machine SUPER-140 W cannot meet the needs of sample warping in small batch and short delivery period because of its long service time,backward performance and high failure rate,the present situation and existing problems of sample warping machine are introduced.The performance of Suzuki sample warping machine SUPER-140 W is improved by means of control computer upgrade,CAD process input optimization,and rotary weft storage transformation.It is pointed out that the control program of operating system Windows 98 is installed to the host of operating system Windows 10 by using virtual machine technology,and the update of control computer is realized successfully.Process parameters are changed from manual input to automatic system conversion and transmission to improve the accuracy and input efficiency of process parameters;the weft storage Luna-X3 and Panasonic plate-cut controller are used to transform and control the electrical circuit of the rotating weft storage device.Through transformation,the equipment time utilization rate,product qualification rate and equipment performance rate are improved,so that the comprehensive efficiency is greatly improved.
