摘 要:石门水库位于新疆塔里木盆地南缘昆仑山北麓中山区的莫勒切河中上游,坝址区河床覆盖层为厚达120 m的冰水沉积物,岩性为结构密实的砂卵砾石,局部呈弱泥质胶结,偶含漂石,作为80 m高坝坝基,其物理力学参数指标的准确性对该工程的设计至关重要,而针对这种深厚层粗粒土地区的勘探、取样和试验等历来是水利水电工程勘察的难点。通过多种技术创新手段,克服恶劣环境和诸多困难,采用SM植物胶钻探工艺和金刚石钻进工艺方法,得到较高质量的旁压试验预钻孔及完好的孔壁,保证了旁压试验工作的顺利进行,同时利用完整的勘探岩芯,了解深厚覆盖层的颗粒组成以及物理性质指标,同时辅以多种原位测试和现场试验进行对比验证,获得大坝设计所需的变形模量和承载力等主要参数,满足大坝设计需要。据其所得变形模量和承载力等参数设计的坝基防渗处理措施,达到了预期效果,该水库已完工蓄水,大坝渗流、变形等各项监测指标正常,表明以旁压试验为主、其他原位测试和现场试验为辅的方法确定的各指标参数是合理的。Shimen Reservoir is located in the middle and upper reaches of the Moleche River in the middle mountain area at the northern foot of Kunlun Mountain on the southern edge of Tarim Basin in Xinjiang.The riverbed in the dam site area is covered by ice⁃water sediment with a thickness of 120 m.Its lithology is sand and gravel with dense structure,locally weak argillaceous cementation and occasional boulders.As the foundation of 80 m high dam,the accuracy of its physical and mechanical parameters is crucial to the design of the project.However,the exploration,sampling and testing of this thick layer of coarse⁃grained land areas have always been difficult points in the investigation of water conservancy and hydropower projects.Through the adoption of various technological innovations to overcome the harsh environment and many difficulties,SM plant glue drilling technology and diamond drilling technology were adopted to obtain high⁃quality pre⁃drilling for side pres⁃sure tests.The intact hole wall ensured the smooth progress of side pressure tests.At the same time,the complete exploration cores were used to understand the particle composition and physical property indexes of the deep overburden layer.Meanwhile,a variety of in⁃situ tests and field tests were used for comparative verification to obtain the main parameters such as deformation modulus and bearing capacity required by dam design,which meet the needs of dam design.The dam foundation seepage control measures were designed according to the obtained de⁃formation modulus,bearing capacity and other parameters had achieved the expected effect.The reservoir had completed water storage and various monitoring indexes such as dam seepage and deformation were normal,which indicated that the parameters of the indexes determined by the methods of side pressure test,other in⁃situ test and field tests were reasonable.
