摘  要:鉴于对水电站钢衬钢筋混凝土压力管道裂缝控制标准可靠度的研究尚不充分的条件下,将董哲仁公式与国茂华公式相结合,并引入基于模糊示性函数的Monte Carlo法,建立一种新可靠度计算方法。根据现有工程实例和试验模型数据,对我国现行钢衬钢筋混凝土压力管道裂缝控制标准的模糊可靠度指标进行计算,并分析影响模糊可靠度的主要影响因素。研究表明:钢衬厚度、保护层厚度和有效配筋率对裂缝控制标准模糊可靠度指标影响显著,整体安全度水平适中;从安全度设置水平角度出发,压力管道裂缝控制限值建议从0.3 mm扩大至0.5 mm。In view of the insufficiency of research about steel lined reinforced concrete penstocks in hydropower station crack control stand⁃ard,a new reliability calculation method was established based on the combination of crack width calculation formula provided by Dong Zher⁃en method and Guo Maohua method and applying the Monte Carlo method with fuzzy indicator function.Using existing engineering examples and experimental model data,the fuzzy reliability indexes of present crack control standard for steel reinforced concrete penstocks specified in corresponding Chinese codes were calculated and the main influence factors were analyzed.The research indicates that steel lined thickness,cover thickness and the effective reinforcement ratio have significant influence to the fuzzy reliability indexes of crack control standards and the reliability level is moderation.Considering rational safety level,the crack width limit value should be increase from 0.3 mm to 0.5 mm.
