摘 要:折弯机的加工精度是最主要的性能指标之一,由于板料折弯机结构原理、机床自身制造精度、模具加工精度、被加工板材性能以及机床性能不稳定等方面的原因,加工工件不可避免存在角度误差、直线度误差与边长误差。板料加工误差的存在影响后续的装配、加大试修模以及成形后校形的工作量延长了产品的开发周期,制约了自动化折弯进一步推广和应用。以某PBB型数控板料折弯机为研究对象,运用应变电测技术与有限元仿真相结合的方法对该型折弯机进行了优化与改进,在此基础上试制出一台PBH型样机,研究结果对提高金属板材的折弯精度与可靠性,提高产品的竞争力与附加值有着重要的现实意义。The machining precision of bending machine is one of the most important performance indicators, due to the structure form of the sheet bending machine, the manufacturing precision of the bending machine itself, the manufacturing precision of the mould, the performance of the processed sheet and the uneven performance of the machine tool, there are inevitably angular errors, straightness errors and side length errors in the machined work-piece. The existence of sheet metal processed error affects the subsequent assembly, increases the workload of trial-repair molds and post-forming calibration, increases the development cycle of products and restricts the further promotion and application of automatic bending. A PBB type Numerical Control(NC) sheet bending machine is taken as the research object. Combined with strain electrical measuring technique and finite element(FE) simulation, the bending machine was optimized and improved, based on this, a PBH type was experimentally produced. The research results have important practical significance for improving the bending precision and reliability of sheet metal, improving the competitiveness and practical added value of products.
