摘 要:介绍了大型废钢龙门剪切机的国内外发展现状和应用趋势;通过比较国内外的研究现状,分析了我国在龙门剪切机研究方面的不足之处;介绍了龙门剪切机在液压同步方面、剪切频率方面、能源节约方面、液压系统缓冲、液压大流量、液压系统控制的国内外研究现状,为未来龙门剪切机的研究提供了相应的参考。未来我国将会存在大量需要处理的废钢,因此龙门剪切的将会得到广泛的应用,尤其是高压大流量的龙门剪切机将会是处理废钢的必然选择。The current development status and application trend of large-scale scrap steel gantry shears are introduced at home and abroad. By comparing the research status at home and abroad, the deficiencies of China’s gantry shears research was analyzed. The current status of domestic and foreign research on cutting machine in "hydraulic synchronization", "cutting frequency", "energy saving", "hydraulic system buffering", "hydraulic high flow" and "hydraulic system control" were introduced, for the future research of gantry shears, which provided corresponding reference. In the future, there will be a large amount of scrap steel need to be processed in China, so gantry shears will be widely used, especially high-pressure large-flow gantry shears will be an inevitable choice for processing scrap steel.
