摘 要:为了优化电动叉车传动系统并降低成本,结合电机变频技术、低速马达驱动方案和开式回路的特点,针对3.5T叉车提出一种新型静压传动系统,包括液压系统和控制策略。通过AMESim软件对驱动系统进行建模和仿真,对系统的各项性能进行分析。结果表明:该传动系统能实现行驶、微动、自动换挡、平稳制动等功能,且行驶速度、爬坡度等性能达到行业要求。In order to optimize the drive system of electric forklift and reduce the cost,a new type of hydrostatic transmission system including hydraulic system and control strategy,was proposed for 3.5T forklift,which combined the characteristics of motor frequency conversion technology,low speed motor drive and open circuit.AMESim software was used to model and simulate the driving system,and the performance of the system was analyzed.The results show that the drive system can realize driving,micro-motion,automatic shift,smooth braking and other functions.The driving speed,gradeability and other properties are in accordance with industry requirements.
