对口述档案采集工作的理论思考——以北京地区丝绸老专家口述档案采集实践为例

摘　　要：文章在综述前人相关研究成果的基础上,结合北京地区丝绸老专家口述档案采集实践,从概念、价值、规范等理论源头对口述档案采集实践面临的现实问题进行了深入思考,并提出了更富有实践指导意义的口述档案定义,分析了口述档案及采集工作的特殊价值,以及规范性操作在实践中所包含的两层含义。最后,文章指出,当现有理论不足以指导实践时,应该反思理论,给予"新生事物"相应的发展空间。On the basis of summarizing the relevant research findings and the oral archives collection practice of silk experts in Beijing area, this paper makes in-depth thinking on the practical problems faced by the oral archives collection practice from the theoretical sources of concept, values and norms, and puts forward a more practical and instructive definition of oral archives. It analyzes the special value of oral archives and collection work,and the two meanings of normative operation in practice as well. Finally, this paper points out we should reflect on the theory and give "new things" some developing space, when the existing theory is not enough to help guide practice.
