日本设置外交档案管理员的分析及启示

摘　　要：本文从日本设置"外交档案管理员"新闻案例引入,梳理日本注重档案研究能力的表现,重点分析日本开展外交档案内容研究的原因--服务国家利益、发挥档案价值、提高档案职业认同和契合档案专业目标。最终提出相应启示--重视学科融合与研究成果、建立研究职能与培训制度、推动将研究能力纳入法规标准与职业认定。Introducing from the "foreign archives administrator" news from Japan, this paper sorts out Japan’s performance in focusing on archives research capabilities, and focuses on analyzing the reasons why Japan conducts research on the content of diplomatic archives-serving national interests, giving full play to archival values, improving archival professional identity, and matching archives Professional goals. Finally, the corresponding enlightenment is put forward-attach importance to the integration of disciplines and research results,establish research functions and training systems,and adopt research abilities into regulatory standards and professional recognition.
