摘 要:以小型压水堆为研究对象,基于Fluent.18三维分析工具和Relap5/MOD3.2一维分析工具,提出了一维系统建模与局部三维建模的耦合分析方法,创建了Relap5系统程序和流体动力学计算程序(CFD)的耦合分析平台。将已有Relap5系统模型与局部Fluent三维模型进行耦合,通过反应堆系统的稳态、瞬态运行分析,验证了耦合模型接口处数据交互的准确性,并进一步利用耦合模型计算分析了反应堆系统两泵高速、一泵高速运行过程中堆芯入口的冷却剂流量分配,以及反应堆两泵高速切换一泵高速过程中堆芯入口冷却剂流量偏差的变化过程,为反应堆的安全运行提供指导。This paper takes small-scale pressurized water reactor as the research object.Based on Fluent.18 three-dimensional analysis tool and Relap5 one-dimensional analysis tool,the coupling analysis method of one-dimensional system modeling and local three-dimensional modeling is proposed.The Relap5 system program and fluid mechanics calculation program CFD are created.An analysis platform that coupled the Relap5 system program and the fluid dynamics calculation program CFD is created.Furthermore,the coupling analysis model is used to calculate and analyze the coolant flow distribution of the core inlet of the two-pump high-speed and one-pump high-speed operation of the reactor system,and the change process of the coolant inlet flow deviation during the high-speed switching of the two pumps.Process can provide guidance for the safe operation of the reactor.
