摘 要:船舶机舱壁面会沉积和泄露大量的滑油、液压油等油料,油料主要是以薄层油膜的形式附着在机舱壁面,在机舱环境中会挥发出大量的油气。本文应用液体蒸发动力学理论,并结合油膜实际挥发环境特性,建立了机舱壁面油膜的挥发模型,研究了油膜在机舱环境范围内的挥发特性,得出了油膜挥发速率随温度、环境压力和表面风速的变化规律。A large amount of oil such as lubricating oil and hydraulic oil will be deposited and leaked on the wall surface of the ship's cabin.The oil is mainly attached to the cabin wall in the form of a thin oil film,and a large amount of oil and gas will be volatilized in the cabin environment.In this paper,the theory of liquid evaporation kinetics is used,and the volatilization model of the oil film on the engine room wall is established by combining the actual volatilization characteristics of the oil film.The volatilization characteristics of the oil film in the cabin environment are studied.The evaporation rate of the oil film with temperature,environmental pressure and surface is obtained.The law of change in wind speed.
