摘 要:塑性加工过程中对各种成形参数进行实时记录和监控,对冲锻工艺的研究以及成形数值模拟时各阶段参数对比有着重要的意义。运用图形化编程语言Lab VIEW作为上位机软件开发工具,利用计算机的强大计算功能和良好的交互性能,与西门子S7-300 PLC及其采集模块相结合构建监控系统,无需配置采集板卡即可实现对冲压工艺状态信息的实时监控。运用OPC技术实现了Lab VIEW与PLC的通信,实现了运用上位机对液压机冲压试验过程的实时监控。实际运行结果证明:该系统运行稳定可靠,能够对液压机的位置、速度、压力等数据进行实时采集、监控、数据导出记录以及系统报警等任务。It is great significance of real-time recording and monitoring in various forming parameters during plastic processing and the study of punching forging process and the comparison of parameters at various stages during the numerical simulation of forming.Using the graphical program language Lab VIEW as a upper computer development tool and utilizing the powerful computer capabilities and good interactive performance of computer combined with Siemens S7-300 Programmable Logic Controller( PLC) acquisition module to construct monitor system,then the real-time monitoring of process status could be implemented without the need to configure a computer acquisition board. The Objective Linking and Embedding( OLE) for Process Control( OPC) technology was used in LabVIEW to communicate with PLC to achieve the real-time monitoring of hydraulic press stamping test process by upper computer. The practical result proves that the system is stable and reliable,it can be real-time acquisition of the hydraulic machine such as position,speed and pressure data,monitoring,recording and data export system alarm tasks.
