摘 要:分析微型隔膜泵的结构和工作原理,运用AMESim平台建立凸轮隔膜泵的整体仿真模型,考虑传动机构对泵的工作性能的重要影响,针对出口压力、凸轮转速及最大行程等核心参数进行仿真。研究分析了微型隔膜泵的流量和压力特性曲线,得出合理地改善凸轮转速及行程可以提高泵的工作性能,为微型隔膜泵的设计与进一步研究提供了重要依据。Analyzing the structure and working principle of the micro diaphragm pump,the overall simulation model of the cam diaphragm pump is established by the AMESim platform. Considering the important influence of the transmission mechanism on the working performance of the pump,the core parameters were carried out simulation of the outlet pressure,cam speed and maximum stroke. Through analyzing the flow and pressure characteristics curve of the micro-diaphragm pump,it is concluded that the reasonable improvement of the cam speed and stroke can improve the working performance of the pump,which provides an important basis for the design and further research of the miniature diaphragm pump.
