摘 要:为了保证矿井提升机液压站有效地执行二级制动,以蓄能器的工作性能为研究目标,详细介绍了液压站二级制动的工作原理,建立蓄能器数学模型,分析了影响蓄能器工作性能的参数,利用AMESim软件搭建液压系统仿真模型,对于恒压系统和变压系统,分析蓄能器的预充气压、节流阀的节流开度对蓄能器工作性能的影响。仿真结果表明:可以通过调节蓄能器的预充气压和节流阀的节流开度优化蓄能器的工作性能,提高液压站二级制动的可靠性。In order to ensure that the mine hoist hydraulic station effectively performs secondary braking,performance of the accumulator is regarded as a research target. In detail,the hydraulic station working principle of secondary braking is introduced. A mathematical model of the accumulator was established and the parameters affecting the performance of the accumulator were theoretically analyzed. The hydraulic system simulation model was built by the AMESim software. For the constant pressure system and the variable pressure system,performance of the accumulator was analyzed when the accumulator was relieved and charged under the different pre-charge pressure of an accumulator and different throttle opening of a throttle valve. The simulation results show that the precharge pressure of the accumulator and the throttle opening of the throttle valve can be adjusted to optimize the performance of the accumulator and to improve the reliability of the secondary brake of the hydraulic station.
