摘　　要：创新是引领发展的第一动力,知识产权保护作为创新发展的“刚需”,已成为中国加快转变经济发展方式,保障和推动创新型国家建设的重要驱动力。年初,一场以“知识产权促创新发展”为主题的国际工商知识产权论坛首次落地省会城市济南,500余名海内外代表齐聚一堂,共同探讨如何让知识产权保护与服务更好地促进科技创新。作为国家首批知识产权强省建设试点省,近年来,山东在知识产权高质量发展的有效探索中,跑出了令人赞叹的“加速度”,也取得了丰富的经验。In the beginning of the year,an irnational Business Intellectual perty Forum with the theme of “Intellectual Property Promoting Innovation and Development”was held in Jinan for the first time.More than 500 delegates from home and abroad gathered together to jointly explore how to enable intellectual property protection and service to promote scientific and technological innovation in a better way.
