摘 要:为了给现有水面无人艇提供可靠和具有经济性的动力来源,设计一种集成电机推进器来替代传统推进器。该推进器采用永磁无刷直流电机设计,是吊舱推进器和导管螺旋桨的集合。分别采用Ansoft Maxwell上的RMxprt模块对电机进行参数化设计,通过移动参考系法(MRF)和滑移网格法(RBM)对集成电机推进器的流场进行仿真。计算结果表明,采用多极数和多槽数电机设计的有桨毂型集成电机推进器具有更低成本和可行性;由于其不存在叶梢间隙,相比于采用相同螺旋桨的导管桨轴向诱导速度偏低,推力和效率不如导管桨。In order to provide a reliable and economical source of power for existing surface unmanned boats,an integrated motor propeller is designed to replace the traditional propeller.The thruster is designed with a permanent magnet brushless DC motor and is a collection of pod thrusters and ducted propellers.The motor was parametrically designed using the RMxprt module on ansoft maxwell,and the flow field of the integrated motor thruster was simulated by the moving reference system(MRF)and the slip grid method(RBM).The calculation results show that the paddle-shaft integrated motor thruster with multi-pole and multi-slot motor design is more cost-effective and feasible;because it does not have blade tip clearance,compared to the ducted propeller with the same propeller that the axial induction speed is low,and the thrust and efficiency are not as good as the ducted propeller.
