摘  要:建立了多个混流点的混流效组低温多效蒸发(LT-MED)海水淡化数学优化模型,将海水视为盐和水的混合物,其焓表达为温度的函数,降低优化模型的非线性程度,使其易于收敛。以比传热面积为优化目标分析了不同流程和参数对系统的影响。结果表明,在喷淋密度为30~80 g/(m·s)时,多混流点系统的造水比与单混流点系统相比提高了12.1%,比传热面积降低了8.4%,优化流程为5效+2效+2效组合;提高首效加热蒸汽温度可有效的减少换热面积,降低制水成本,对系统的造水比影响不大;增加系统效数,可以有效提高造水比。各效等面积蒸发方案造水比比不等面积方案略有下降,比传热面积略有增加。模拟结果与文献中相关数据吻合良好,可为低温多效蒸发海水淡化系统工程化设计提供技术支持。The mathematical optimization model of low temperature multi-effect evaporation(LT-MED) desalination with mixed feed flow was established,the seawater was treated as a mixture of salt and water,and their enthalpy could be expressed as a function of temperature,and decreased the nonlinearity of the optimization model,thus the optimization model was easy to be converged.Using the specific heat transfer area(sA) as the objective function,the effect of different flow configurations and parameters on the system were analyzed.Results showed that,for the spraying density range from 0.03~0.08 kg/(m·s),compared with single mixed feed point,the gain output ratio(GOR) for the system with multiple mixed feed flow points could be increased by 12.1%,and sA could be decreased by 8.4%,and the best process design was(5 effects + 2 effects + 2 effects) configuration.Increasing the stream temperature of the first effect could decrease the heat transfer area and water cost,but it had little influence on the GOR.Increasing the total number of the effects could increase the GOR.Compared with the non-equal heat area for each effect,the equal area configuration has lower GOR with higher sA.The simulated results were in good agreement with the relevant data in the literature,which could provide technical support for the design of the multieffect evaporation desalination plants.
