摘  要:某火电厂以水库水作为锅炉补给水处理系统水源,夏季水库水出现了pH、总磷、COD、氨氮、细菌总数等指标异常偏高的情况,导致锅炉补给水处理系统出现微生物滋生、污泥粘附、混凝效果变差、滤芯污堵、自用水率增大等问题。根据实验结果,建议电厂通过增大杀菌剂投加剂量来提高杀菌灭藻效果,调节原水pH至6.5~7.5以及增大混凝剂剂量来提高混凝澄清效果,并对澄清池沉降比进行调整以减少"翻池"现象,通过上述措施可恢复该系统的正常运行性能。Using the reservoir water as the water source of boiler make-up water treatment system in a power plant,the p H,total phosphorus,COD,ammonia nitrogen,total bacteria and other indicators of the reservoir water are abnormal high in summer.The problems,such as the microbe breeding,sludge adhesion,the worse coagulation effect,filter fouling,the higher auxiliary water ratio,etc.occur during the boiler make-up water treatment system in summer.According to the experimental results,suggesting that the power plant restore the system performance by increasing bactericide dosage to improve the effect of sterilization and algae killing,adjusting the raw water pH to 6.5~7.5 and increasing coagulant dosage to improve the effect of coagulation clarification,adjusting the settling ratio of the clarifying basin to reduce the phenomenon of sediment upturning.
