塞来昔布不良反应文献回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的 为临床安全使用塞来昔布提供参考。方法 利用"中国医院数字图书馆""维普医药信息资源服务系统""万方数据医药信息系统""外文医学信息资源检索平台(FMRS)",以"塞来昔布"或"celecoxib"为关键词全面检索2001年1月至2018年12月国内外公开报道的塞来昔布所致不良反应(ADR)个案,探讨塞来昔布ADR的特点及相关因素。结果 筛选得到文献48篇,57例ADR,其中41岁以上46例(80.70%),服药后30 d内出现ADR 51例(89.47%),原发性疾病多为疼痛、关节炎等,主要表现对皮肤及其附件、消化系统、神经系统和全身性损害。结论 应用塞来昔布时应密切关注ADR,特别是中老年患者及用药1个月内,以确保临床安全用药。Objective To provide reference for clinical safe medication of celecoxib.Methods The databases of CHKD,VIP,Wanfang and FMRS were searched with″celecoxib″(in Chinese and English)as the key to conduct comprehensive search of the adverse drug reaction(ADR)cases caused by celecoxib that were reported publicly at home and abroad from January 2001 to December 2018,and the characteristics and related factors of the ADRs of celecoxib were explored.Results A total of 48 articles(57 cases)were retrieved.Among them,46 cases were aged 41 or older(80.70%);51 cases of ADR(89.47%)appeared within 30 days after taking the drug;most of the primary diseases were pain,arthritis,etc.;the main manifestations were damages to the skin and its accessories,digestive system,nervous system and systemic.Conclusion ADR should be paid close attention to when using celecoxib,especially for middle-aged and elderly patients and within 1 month of administration,to ensure clinical safe medication.
