摘　　要：目的 探讨丹参联合吸氧治疗双胎之一脐血流值增高孕妇的临床效果及对妊娠结局的影响。方法 选取医院2017年1月至2019年1月收治的双胎之一脐血流值增高孕妇98例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各49例。两组患者均予吸氧治疗,观察组患者加用丹参注射液治疗,均连续治疗2周。结果 治疗后,两组患者脐血流阻力指标[包括收缩期最高血流速率/舒张期最低血流速率(S/D)值、搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)],血液流变学指标(包括全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞沉降率)均明显降低,且观察组均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组剖宫产、产后大出血、胎儿窘迫及新生儿窒息发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率与对照组相当(16.33%比10.20%,P>0.05)。结论 丹参联合吸氧治疗双胎之一脐血流值增高孕妇,能降低脐血流阻力和血液黏度,改善不良妊娠结局。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Salvia miltiorrhiza combined with oxygen inhalation in pregnant women with increased umbilical cord blood flow(UCBF)of one twin and its effect on fetal pregnancy outcome.Methods Ninety-eight pregnant women with increased umbilical cord blood flow(UCBF)of one of the twins treated in the hospital from January 2017 to January2019 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oxygen inhalation alone,while the observation group was treated with Salvia miltiorrhiza injection on this basis.Both groups received 2 weeks of continuous treatment.Results After treatment,the systolic maximum velocity/diastolic minimum velocity(S/D),pulsation index(PI)and resistance index(RI),the hemorheological indexes including whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in both groups were significantly decreased,and the levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the rate of cesarean section,postpartum hemorrhage,fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were similar(16.33%vs.10.20%,P>0.05).Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza combined with oxygen inhalation in pregnant women with increased umbilical blood flow of one twin fetus has good effect,can reduce umbilical blood flow resistance and blood viscosity,and improve pregnancy outcomes of patients.
