摘 要:针对现有织物表面摩擦性能测试仪器的进口设备价格昂贵、国内外仪器不能反映正压力变化和不能多方向测试的现状,依据力学测试法原理开发了一种高稳定性、高精度和低成本的新型织物表面摩擦性能测试系统;通过测试摩擦力与正压力,计算得出摩擦因数,能够实现动态的正压力的变化测试和多方向的测试。结果表明:使用纯棉、涤棉和涤纶织物经过5次重复性测试,其摩擦因数的平均值依次在0.23、0.17、0.16附近微小波动,仪器具有良好的稳定性和可重复性;与KES-FB4织物风格仪测试系统的对比试验中,2种仪器测得的纯棉织物的摩擦因数曲线几乎重合,其平均值围绕0.23附近微小波动。本仪器测试了正压力的变化,摩擦因数值比KES-FB4测试得到的摩擦因数值趋于更稳定。The imported equipment for the existing fabric surface friction performance test instrument is expensive,domestic and foreign instruments can not reflect the positive pressure change and the status quo of multi-directional test,and a high stability,high precision and low cost of instrement are developed according to the principle of mechanical test method.The new fabric surface friction performance test system calculates the friction coefficient by testing the friction force and the positive pressure,and can realize dynamic positive pressure change test and multi-directional test.The results show that,after five times of repeatability tests using pure cotton,polyester-cotton and polyester fabrics,the average value of the friction coefficient fluctuated slightly around 0.23,0.17,and 0.16,and the instrument has good stability and repeatability.In the comparison with the KES-FB4 fabric style instrument test system,the friction coefficient curves of the pure cotton fabrics measured by the two instruments almost coincided,and the average value fluctuated around the vicinity of 0.23.The instrument tested the change of positive pressure,and the friction coefficient value tends to be more stable than the friction coefficient value obtained by KES-FB4 test.
