摘　　要：根据媒介建构主义的视角,新闻并不是社会实在的被动反映,媒介在其中主动参与了新闻内容的建构。本文通过梳理有关美国报纸科技报道的研究,尝试理清注重准确性和权威性的科技报道是对科学技术活动的被动还原还是主动的建构这一问题。结果发现,美国报纸将科技事件建构为科技报道,新闻业内外部的复杂因素参与了建构过程。From the perspective of media constructivism,news is not a passive reflection of social reality and the media actively participates in the construction of news reports.This paper attempts to answer the question that whether science and technology reports,which matter accuracy and authoritativeness,are a passive reflection or active construction of science and technology activities,by reviewing the studies on science and technology reports in American newspapers.The results show that the studied American newspapers had made social construction of science and technology activities through their news reports,and that the complex internal and external factors of news industry had shaped the image of science and technology.
