摘　　要：介绍当前餐厨垃圾的处理方式。以某市餐厨垃圾处理项目为例,探讨餐厨垃圾制沼气净化后返供燃气管网的技术方案:从数据采集分析、工艺流程优化、报警系统及远传监控系统运用等多方面进行探讨,达到节省能源、废物利用的目的。Introduce the current disposal methods of kitchen waste. Taking the kitchen waste treatment project in a city as an example, this paper discusses the technical scheme of returning to gas pipe network after biogas purification from kitchen waste: discussed from the aspects of data collection and analysis, process optimization, alarm system and remote monitoring system, to achieve the purpose of energy saving and waste utilization.
