摘　　要：乘用车新车型或成熟车型在新工厂投产,或在现有工厂间产能平衡移产时,需将产品和工厂输送设备、分装设备、辅助设备、检测设备进行通过性校核。通过产品变更或设备改造使产品和工厂生产能力相匹配,并评估投产的可行性、产能、品质、改造费用、改造周期,保证产品优质高效地投产。The product and factory conveying equipments,sub-packaging equipments,auxiliary equipments and detection equipments are checked for applicability when new vehicles or mature vehicles of passenger vehicles are put into operation in the new factory,or when the capacity balance is transferred between the existing factories.Products and factory production capacity are matched by products change or equipment modification.The feasibility,production capacity,quality,transformation cost and transformation cycle were evaluated to ensure the high quality and efficient production of the product.
