摘 要:自动化焊接技术的应用几乎涉及全部工业制造领域。焊接工件结构形式越来越复杂,对焊接技术的要求也大幅度提高,自动化焊接技术在机械制造行业中的使用优势则越发明显,焊接工艺逐渐朝着智能化和专业化的方向发展。根据目前工业发展以及机械自动化的成型情况来看,焊接工艺已经开始呈现出了精细化的趋势,加强焊接过程中自动化模式的研究工作,具有理论和现实两个方面的意义。因此,加强自动化焊接工艺的研究,无论是在理论上,还是实践上都具有十分重要的意义。文章主要通过对关键技术的了解,对在自动化焊接过程中出现的难点进行分析。The application field of automatic welding technology involves almost all industrial manufacturing fields. The structure of welding workpiece becomes more and more complex, the requirements of welding technology are greatly improved, and the advantages of automatic welding technology in mechanical manufacturing industry are becoming more and more obvious. Welding technology has gradually begun to develop in the direction of intelligence and specialization. According to the present industrial development and the forming situation of mechanical automation, the welding process has begun to show a fine trend. It is of theoretical and practical significance to strengthen the research work of the automation mode in the welding process. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the research of automatic welding technology. It is of great significance both in theory and in practice. Based on the understanding of the key technologies, this paper analyzes the difficulties in the process of automatic welding.
