摘　　要：近年来,中国胸痛中心建设已成为改善医疗服务行动和推行分级诊疗的重要抓手。所有市(地)、县应依托现有资源建设胸痛中心,形成急性胸痛协同救治网络;强化胸痛诊疗相关院前急救设备设施配备,发布胸痛"急救地图"并不断完善;建设胸痛急救绿色通道,实现院前急救与院内诊疗的互联互通和有效衔接;推广普及心脑血管疾病发病初期正确的自救措施及紧急就医指导等,进一步为中国胸痛中心未来的发展指明方向。In recent years, the construction of chest pain centers(CPCs) has become the key to improve medical services and carry out hierarchical medical system. All cities, prefecture-level cities and counties should build CPC based on the existing resources and form a collaborative rescue network for patients with acute chest pain;strengthen the pre-hospital emergency equipment and facilities that are relevant to chest pain care, promote and optimize the announcement of "first aid map" for chest pain;built green channel for patients with acute chest pain to make an effective connection between preand in-hospital emergency care;learning and grasping the correct self-rescue measures and emergency medical guidance at the early stage of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, further pointing out the future development of CPCs.
