摘 要:为了实时测量发动机的推力,通过对发动机推力销进行应变改装,进而通过应变测量的方法来获得发动机推力。将应变测量的电信号转换成发动机的推力数据,需要通过地面推力校准试验来获得推力销的应变和推力的对应关系。首先对某发动机推力销进行三维数值仿真有限元计算,得到推力销的应变分布规律,筛选出应变片粘贴位置。然后对推力销进行三次实验室推力校准加载试验,得到推力校准曲线和方程,并对试验结果进行了数据处理和分析,得到的推力校准方程的线性度、重复度和精度都很好,完全满足实时测量发动机推力的需求。In order to measure the thrust of engine in real time,the strain gauge is attached to thrust pin of the engine to obtain the engine thrust through strain measurement. To convert the measured electrical signal into the thrust data of engine,the corresponding relationship between strain and thrust of the thrust pin needs to be obtained through the ground thrust calibration test. In this paper,the three-dimensional numerical simulation finite element calculation is carried out on thrust pin of an engine to obtain the strain distribution rule of the thrust pin and select the paste position of the strain gauge. Then,the thrust pin is subjected for three times of the thrust calibration loading tests in laboratory so as to obtain the thrust calibration curve and equation;the data processing and analysis are then carried out on the test results. The obtained thrust calibration equation has good linearity,repeatability and accuracy,which would fully meet the requirements of real-time measurement of engine thrust.
