摘 要:在实际生产中,地浸采铀各井场生产井常发生过滤器堵塞和管壁结垢,导致生产井流量持续性下降,需要及时清洗。目前,现有的管道清洗设备和清洗方法不能满足要求。根据地浸采铀生产井的实际工况,结合高压水清洗,设计了一种高压水洗井装置,采用理论计算和有限元分析的方法,重点对侧向支撑模块进行了分析。通过对比现有清洗方法和设备,该装置功能完整、结构紧凑,适合地浸采铀生产井使用,也为小口径管道高压水清洗装置的设计提供了一种新的设计思路。In the practical production,filter plugging and pipe wall scaling often occur in the production wells of each well site of in-situ leaching uranium production,which would result in the continuous decline of production well flow and need to be cleaned in time. At present,the existing pipeline cleaning equipment and cleaning methods can not meet the requirements. According to the actual working conditions of in-situ leaching uranium production wells,and combined with high-pressure water cleaning,a high-pressure water cleaning device is designed in this paper;and theoretical calculation and finite element method are used to analyze the lateral support module. By comparing the existing cleaning methods and equipment,the device has the advantages of complete functions and compact structure,which is suitable for the in-situ leaching uranium production wells. It also provides a new design idea for design of the high-pressure water cleaning device for small-diameter pipelines.
