摘 要:以剪撑机构辅助的刚性链升降台为研究对象,进行稳定性分析。首先用Solid Works建立该机构的三维模型,然后导入Adams软件中,分析剪撑辅助机构的一个工作循环内的运动过程,通过后处理得到升降台运动过程中的水平位移量,将模拟仿真结果与实际运动情况结合分析。在结构优化的基础上对比两模型的动力学特性。结果表明,剪撑辅助机构能够有效的约束升降台的水平位移,同时,通过可视化的动力学仿真,对升降机构的总体设计可起到直接的指导作用。The stability analysis on the lifting platform assisted by the stage scissors mechanism is conducted in this paper.First,3 D model of the mechanism is established by using the Solidworks software;then it is imported into the Adams software to analyze the movement process of a working cycle of scissors support mechanism. The horizontal displacement in the movement of the lifting platform is obtained through post-processing,and the simulation results are combined with the actual motion to analyze. In order to determine the better vibration effect of the scissors lifting platform in the experiment,the dynamic characteristics of the two models are compared on the basis of structural optimization. The results show that the scissors lifting mechanism can effectively reduce the vibration of the lifting platform;at the same time,through the visual dynamics simulation,it can play a direct guiding role in the overall design for the lifting mechanism.
