摘　　要：条形金属板材拉伸机主要应用于挠度弯曲大、宽长比系数小的薄型板材。笔者提出条形金属板材拉伸机总体设计方案,采用液压系统控制,根据液压拉伸力、变形量、楔形摩擦角等主要参数分析完成拉伸机的总体设计。通过金属板材拉伸机的应用,对存在的隔板变形规律性较小,人工矫直效果不稳定,难以保证装配精度,严重影响机组运转的平稳性等问题进行了探究,在一定程度上解决了预热器在安装过程中隔板变形大的难题,并提高了装配精度,满足结构可靠,节约了成本,缩短了制造周期。The strip metal sheet drawing machine is mainly applied to the thin sheet with large deflection and small aspect ratio coefficient. In this article,the overall design scheme for the strip metal plate extension machine is put forward;in which the drawing machine is controlled by the hydraulic system,and the overall design is completed according to the main parameters such as the hydraulic drawing force,deformation,wedge friction angle,etc. Through application of the sheet metal drawing machine,the problems,such as small deformation regularity of diaphragm,unstable effect of manual straightening,difficult to ensure the assembly accuracy and seriously affect the stability of unit operation,etc.,are analyzed. In terms of technology,the problem of large deformation of diaphragm in the installation process of preheater is solved to a certain extent,the assembly accuracy is improved,and the structural reliability is satisfied;while in terms of economy,the cost is saved and the manufacturing cycle is shortened.
