离断胃迷走神经对门静脉高压胃病大鼠胃泌素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨离断胃迷走神经对门静脉高压胃病(PHG)大鼠胃泌素水平的影响。方法:将40只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组(SHAM组)、PHG组、单纯胃迷走神经离断组(VO组)、PHG+VO组(PHGVO组),各10只。SHAM组仅游离门静脉及胃迷走神经,VO组游离门静脉并离断胃迷走神经,PHG组采用门静脉部分结扎法制备PHG模型并游离胃迷走神经,而PHGVO组在PHG制作成功后再离断胃迷走神经。使用压力换能器及多道生理记录仪检测门静脉压力,采用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)法检测血清及胃组织中胃泌素水平。结果:PHG组和PHGVO组的门静脉压力均显著高于SHAM组和VO组(P<0.05),SHAM组与VO组、PHG组与PHGVO组门静脉压力差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);PHGVO组的血清及胃组织中胃泌素水平明显高于其他组(P<0.05),PHG组、VO组血清及胃组织中胃泌素水平均明显高于SHAM组(P<0.05),而PHG组与VO组血清及胃组织中胃泌素水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:离断大鼠胃迷走神经会使PHG大鼠血清及胃组织中的胃泌素水平升高。Objective:To investigate the effect of gastric vagotomy on gastrin level in rats with portal hypertensive gastropathy(PHG).Methods:A total of 40 SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group(SHAM group),PHG group,simple gastric vagotomy group(VO group),PHG+VO group(PHGVO group),10 rats in each group.The portal vein pressure was measured by pressure transducer and multichannel physiological recorder.Gastrin levels in serum and gastric tissue were detected with ELISA.Results:Portal vein pressure in PHG group and PHGVO group was significantly higher than that in SHAM group and VO group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in portal vein pressure between SHAM group and VO group,and between PHG group and PHGVO group(P>0.05).The gastrin levels in serum and gastric tissue of PHGVO group were significant higher than those in other groups(P<0.05).The gastrin levels in serum and gastric tissue of PHG group and VO group were significantly higher than those in the SHAM group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between PHG group and VO group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Gastric vagotomy can increase the gastrin levels in serum and gastric tissue in rats with PHG.
