摘  要:S44SY船用曲轴协议中有晶粒度、带状、魏氏组织、夹杂等技术指标规定,金相组织要求很高,各项技术指标相互牵制,锻造后需制定合理的热处理制度以达到要求。通过摸索制定合理的热处理制度,保证了晶粒度、带状、魏氏组织、夹杂等各项技术指标达到标准要求。In the agreement of S44SY steel for marine crankshaft, there are technical specifications such as grain size, banded structure, widmanstatten structure, inclusion, etc., in which the requirements for metallographic structure are very high, and all technical specifications are mutually restricted. After forging, a reasonable heat treatment system shall be formulated to meet the requirements. The reasonable heat treatment system was established to ensure that the grain size, banded structure, widmanstatten structure, inclusions and other technical indicators meet the standard requirements.
