摘　　要：本文阐述了一种冷加工齿轴用高精度SCM440钢的生产实践以及控制实绩。设计采用"100t转炉→100t LF+RH+CC→热送轧制→探伤检查"的工艺,本设计的钢材冶金质量好,纯净度高。采用三辊KOCKS减定径机精轧后得到的棒钢尺寸精度高,直线度好,表面质量优,可以直接用于冷加工制作齿轴,以黑皮材替代银亮材,大大降低零件加工的生产成本。This article described the production practice of a high-precision SCM440 steel for cold working gear shafts. The design adopted the process of "100t converter→100t LF + RH + CC→hot rolling(after hot charging) → flaw detection". The steel produced with this design has good metallurgical quality and high purity. The three-roll KOCKS reducing and sizing machine is used to obtain the bar steel with high dimensional accuracy, good straightness, and excellent surface quality, which can be directly used for cold processing to produce gear shafts. So,steels without surface processing could be used instead of silver bright steels, which greatly reduced the cost of production.
