摘  要:针对安钢1780mm热连轧机组带钢表面横纹缺陷进行调查分析,结果表明:带钢表面横纹缺陷并非带钢屈服产生的褶皱,而是轧辊磨削不良造成的辊面横纹和轧辊转车时产生的辊面振纹,采取相应的改进措施,带钢表面横纹消除,效果良好。Aiming at the horizontal striations defect on the surface of the hot rolled strip in 1780 mm hot strip mill in Anyang company, a series of investigations and analyses were carried out. The results showed that horizontal striations of steel strip was not that the strip yield the folds, but the horizontal striations of the roller surface caused by the poor roller grinding, and the vibration striations of the roller surface caused by the roller rotating, corresponding improving measures are taken, the strip surface to eliminate cross striations and the result was good.
