摘　　要：为研究如何依托医共体更好地做好慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)的防治工作,通过问卷调查、开设专科门诊、进行健康教育等方式,对绍兴第二医院医共体6家基层卫生院进行调查,分析总结出绍兴市新时期农村慢阻肺防治的特点和问题.目前绍兴市,尤其是农村基层慢阻肺的防治工作形势十分严峻,绍兴市农村的慢阻肺防治工作要真正做好,需要依托医共体投入更多的人力和物力,用科学的方法开展针对慢阻肺的健康教育、健康促进和随访管理等工作.To study how to improve the prevention and treatment of chronic obstructive disease of lung(COPD)with the support of medical community,we investigated 6 primary hospitals in the medical community with No.2 Hospital of Shaoxing through such methods as questionnaires,clinics and health education.Quite a few problems were found out in the prevention and treatment of COPD in the rural areas of Shaoxing in the new era,and certain strategies and suggestions were accordingly proposed.At present,it is crucial to improve the prevention and treatment of COPD with the support of medical community in Shaoxing.It is essential to invest more human and financial resources in this regard,and take scientific actions such as health education,health improvement and follow-up management.
