摘　　要：主要探讨分析了CO2汽提法尿素的工艺原理、工艺流程及特点,并且从控制氨碳比、合成系统压力与温度、原料纯度、回收与解吸水解系统等几方面分析了提高CO2转化率的措施。This theory mainly discusses and analyzes the process principle,process flow and characteristics of CO2 stripping urea,and discusses and improves the aspects of controlling ammonia-carbon ratio,pressure and temperature of synthesis system,raw material purity,recovery and desorption hydrolysis system CO2 conversion measures.
