摘　　要：甲醇是我国化工生产的主要原料之一,在工业生产中占据重要地位。当前,全球甲醇生产工艺主要有三种,而天然气制甲醇是主要途径。我国主要依靠天然气制甲醇,随着甲醇市场的需求越来越大,降低甲醇生产成本成为了必须解决的问题。主要对天然气制甲醇装置能耗进行分析,同时提出切实可行的降耗措施。Methanol is one of the main raw materials of chemical production in China,which plays an important role in industrial production.At present,there are three main global methanol production processes,and natural gas to methanol is the main way.China mainly relies on natural gas to produce methanol.With the increasing demand of methanol market,reducing the cost of methanol production has become a problem we must solve.This paper mainly analyzes the energy consumption of the natural gas methanol plant,and puts forward practical measures to reduce the energy consumption.
