摘　　要：化工生产中会产生大量含有有毒有害物质的废液,如果不对其进行处理就直接排放,会对自然环境造成严重的破坏,甚至会对人们的身体健康造成不利影响,因此对化工废液进行处理是非常重要的。当前化工厂大多都配置了废液处理设备,可以起到过滤废液中杂质的作用,但是效果却不是非常的好,因此需要设计一种具有良好废液净化效果的设备来对废液处理,此外由于化工废液往往具有一定的热量,这可能会对净化设备造成破坏,因此在设计废液净化设备时应配置冷却功能,对废液进行冷却,防止其对净化设备造成破坏,基于此,设计了一种废液净化冷却设备,该设备不仅具有良好的废液处理效果,而且可以对废液进行冷却,还具有良好的防腐蚀功能,可以长时间连续使用。A large number of waste liquid containing toxic and harmful substances will be produced in chemical production.If it is not treated,it will be discharged directly,which will cause serious damage to the natural environment and even adverse impact on people’s health.Therefore,it is very important to treat the waste liquid.At present,most chemical plants are equipped with waste liquid treatment equipment,which can filter the impurities in the waste liquid,but the effect is not very good.Therefore,it is necessary to design a kind of equipment with good waste liquid purification effect to treat the waste liquid.In addition,the waste liquid often has a certain amount of heat,which may cause damage to the purification equipment.Therefore,the waste liquid purification equipment is designed It should be equipped with cooling function to cool the waste liquid and prevent it from damaging the purification equipment.Based on this,a kind of waste liquid purification cooling equipment is designed.The equipment not only has good waste liquid treatment effect,but also can cool the waste liquid and has good anti-corrosion function,which can be used continuously for a long time.
