创新驱动发展战略视角下林业院校科技成果转化路径探析

摘　　要：高校科技成果转化是国家创新驱动发展战略的重要支撑。促进科技成果转化是实施创新驱动发展战略的重要任务,也是加强科技与经济社会紧密结合的关键环节,对推进“供给侧”改革和打造经济发展新引擎具有重要意义。目前,林业院校科技成果转化既有高校的共性问题,也有林业院校的特性问题。要从加大宣传力度、凝结转化共识,完善政策措施、高效履职尽责,构建协同平台、打造专业队伍等方面努力,全面提升科技成果转化的能力和水平,更好地服务于国家战略需求和经济社会发展,助力绿水青山变成金山银山。Transformation of scientific and technological achievements of universities is an important support for the national innovation-driven development strategy.Encouraging the transformation of scientific and technological achievements is an important task in implementing the innovation-driven development strategy,and a key link in strengthening the close integration of science and technology with the economy and society.It is of great significance to promote"supply side"reform and build a new engine of economic development.At present,there are both the common problems of universities and the characteristic problems of forestry colleges.Efforts should be made to enhance publicity,consolidate and transform consensus,improve policies and measures,perform duties efficiently,build a collaborative platform and build a professional team,comprehensively improve the ability and level of transformation of scientific and technological achievements,better serve the national strategic needs and economic and social development,and help lucid waters and lush mountains turn into invaluable assets.
